What did we do?
CPAGA
Prioritizing Templaris' policies, we created CPAGA, a digital platform for online collection management where customers could self-manage, through massive contactability, to reach effective and flexible payment agreements according to the rules defined by the creditor.
This way we ensure that debtors find a solution that fits their payment possibilities.
Solution Development
At Link we customize the platform by adding multi-currency and multi-creditor options. We integrate a local payment button to facilitate the flow of navigation, integrating the look and feel of the company to generate trust in the users who received the communication.
How does it work?
- Through a web flow, the system connects the debtor with the creditor in an automatic and confidential process.
- The client enters their data, consulting their debt and selecting how to pay it according to their needs.
- The solution is comprehensive, direct, friendly, and digital.
This platform works as a collection orchestrator to make it easier for the client to pay their debts effectively through a simple and friendly web flow.
