Background
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Tía Stores was needed a new digital sales channel for its consumers.
The project started as an MVP but has been growing with additional features in 12 additional sprints, and counting.

From the graphic concept of the application, the flow that the Tía user should have was taken into consideration. We wanted a simple flow that is very easy to use and with few steps to reach the end of the purchase.
The application automatically assigns a branch to the customer depending on the location where they want to make the purchase. The products are shown, divided into categories and subcategories to have an easy and effective search.
The customer has the option to finish the purchase as a final consumer or with data, and to make the respective payment with cash at the time of delivery, or with a credit card. The follow-up of the order status can be done directly by the customer from the application in the purchase history.
The mobile app was built on Flutter and is available on Android and iOS.
The back end is Link owned platform that acts as a middleware between, inventory, payment gateway, digital marketing, and order management.
Tía has access to a super administrator that manages all products, orders, clients, users, roles and branches. From this Tía account, they can manage what customers see in the application by branch.
Each branch also has a module to see the assigned orders, where they are created and sent.
We have support Tía in other development projects that increase the value proposition of the company's digital ecosystem. These include a web portal for the generation and information of credits granted to Tía clients.
