From the graphic concept of the application, the visual identity of the KFC Group was taken into consideration to customize the application according to the company. The design of the application is simple and institutional, so that Grupo KFC employees can directly access all the features it offers.
The application allows Grupo KFC employees to log in using their ID card, being validated in the company's payroll registry.
Once they have entered, the employee can see valuable company information such as important notices, news, supervisor/manager profiles, and company history.
The key HR processes are automated, since, within the app, the employee can check their vacations, payroll, and benefits, as well as enter their family responsibilities and take at look at the KFC Group job bank.
Additionally, the user can access corporate and training videos directly from their mobile, which allows the KFC Group to share useful content with all its employees through the same medium. A user with a supervisor or manager position can publish an acknowledgment to any of their employees to share their merits with the entire Group.
