With the marketing and customer service areas, we have worked on the design of the customer experience processes, integrating research methodologies, competition analysis, construction of journeys for marketing and sales processes.
Portal Development and Management
Link has implemented new projects, such as the Allianz Corporate Portals, on various platforms -CMS-, the current version being a development on the Adobe Suite.
Keeping up with the global policies of usability and brand identity to meet the business objectives of their digital assets, Link incorporate business features and its applications in Colombia.
We have operated evolutionary development processes, not only for Public Portals, but also for those that are aimed at employees and sales channels (brokers).
Lead Management
With a broad insurance portfolio, one of the challenges we have worked on is lead management, especially for the management of cross-selling and up-selling.
With tools and development from the Inbound Marketing methodology, we have been able to integrate this process, including direct and indirect sales actors.
Loyalty
Experiencias Allianz is a platform that allows the management of end-customer loyalty and fidelity processes (B2B). Our group has supported Allianz in the operation of these technologies.
B2B2C solutions
For one of Allianz's corporate clients, we developed a claims management process (in the medical branch). This project started from the design of the user experience, including the development of the management web platform, its evolutionary development and technological support.
