What did we do?
The graphic concept
The graphic design of the application was developed so that the employee, as a user, can enter their data and communicate with their supervisors in an easy and simple way.
The web’s back end was designed so that supervisor, administrator and vice-presidency profiles can easily access a database with graphs and analytical tools that display the status of their assigned employees. The graphic concept allows the user experience to be friendly on both platforms.
App Development
This project dealt with the development of an application for Corporación Favorita employees and a back-end on the web for administrator, supervisor, and vice president positions.
The application allows the employee to log in with a default username and password that can be changed once they have logged in. Once the employee accepts the terms and conditions, depending on the backup group the employee belongs to, they must allow the application to access their location and enter who they’re living with.
Once this information is entered, the user has access to various resources such as an automated emotional management help service, as well as tips and tutorials on prevention and care protocols during the pandemic.
The application also provides other features, such as reporting the users’ own symptoms or those of the people they live with, informing the administration about their place of confinement in case they are infected.
They can also send requests for permission for medical appointments or to buy medications directly to their supervisors, receiving an approval or rejection response through the application.
Somos Uno allows the employee to contact their supervisor through WhatsApp or to make emergency calls.
Back End Development
This project entails the development of an application for Corporación Favorita employees and a back-end on the web for administrator, supervisor, and vice president positions.
The administrative back end allows access to a database that displays the information of the assigned employees, including infections, confinement monitoring and risk due to pre-existing health conditions.
Management
Link has worked hand in hand with Corporación Favorita in the development of the application, and the back-end web, including the production of user manuals for employees, administrators, supervisors and vice presidents.
Likewise, Link has provided the follow through, and technical support required in the construction of the database and throughout the product launch process.
