What did we do?
The approach that was given to the project was that of a living platform, which would constantly evolve based on the needs of the users.
New products and services were incorporated, aimed at offering a constant improvement of the exclusive experience for users and allowing the generation of new channels of communication.
Development
A custom-made development was carried out, analyzing each of the users' needs, digitizing large areas such as the loyalty program, member relocation, corporate portal, third-party integration and automation, the ecosystem of member clubs, and scouting, in addition to other multiple complementary contributions.
Implementation
We have created a platform with an attractive design and a pleasant user experience to address the requirement. One of the goals is to enhance entertainment with multimedia content, user participation, personalization, player information, or service information for members and fans.
Users, members, and fans of the Real Sociedad team now have a powerful tool to get informed and solve all their processes and procedures through this platform.
The results
Together with the Real Sociedad team, a great digital strategy was carried out aimed at offering top-level digital content and services for fans, and at the same time having the desire to be as close as possible to members, local supporters, and die-hard fans, facilitating all the procedures and interactions with the club.
Getting closer to the members and fostering the spirit of loyalty and a feeling of belonging to the club was Link's main challenge, generating added value for members while facilitating new channels of communication and handling all their needs.
