Mammoth Bikes is an online store that is mainly focused on the sale of bicycles, accessories, and cycling components located in Madrid- Spain.
Our main challenge was to design and develop the entire online store in order to reach an active and ever-changing audience, combining sports and technological trust.
E-commerce must transmit an image of trust and professionalism, as the public and the product are very technical.
We created an e-commerce with previous UX research that takes on a critical dimension, resulting in a clean and simple design while being accessible and usable at the same time, suitable for the different types of Mammoth users.
We focused the frontend on layout, with newer and more agile technologies, in addition to the creation of dynamic and customized backend environments with customer management, in-store pickup, call center, orders, discounts, communications, and incident management.
The project was managed in an environment of agile methodologies, working together with the client as well as developers and UX/UI designers.
We achieved a focus that was honed on building activities around users, as well as generating positive experiences and interactions among people.
We have obtained a perfect result with the e-commerce full of new methodologies, adapted to be seen and carry out purchases from any device thanks to a design and layout that allows excellent accessibility from mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
