Background
Cealco was founded in 1977 as a result of the union of a group of plumbing, air conditioning, and heating distributors. From day one, Cealco has operated with its own resources as its logistics platform with the aim of serving its partners.
Now they have become IXOS: A sales chain where they use all the know-how accumulated from their experience as a purchasing center together with the know-how of the family businesses that have joined the project to get much closer to the professionals and thus be able to help them faster and more effectively.
Because of this, there is a need to digitize the activities carried out at the IXOS plant with its wholesale distributor users of plumbing, electricity, and air conditioning products, in addition to designing and generating new processes to handle all the procedures carried out between the partners and the IXOS head office.
